Matte gunmetal
Two pockets on the front in hippo. Elephant on the back. A matte gunmetal money clip on the elephant side.
Hippo is tight and pebbled. Elephant is the big, irregular grain — plates, creases, no two pieces alike. I cut both by hand in Florida and keep the pattern simple so the hides stay the point.
The clip is matte gunmetal. Hardware sits quiet on purpose. Cards in the pockets, cash under the clip.
Each one will look a little different. That is the hide.

Rouge de Cœur Chèvre Bifold
The leather is chèvre — French goatskin. Tight pebble, fine grain, a little dry to the hand in the best way. The color is Rouge de Cœur. Heart red. Not burgundy. Not orange. Red.
I cut and stitched this as a simple bifold and left it alone. Matching red thread. Dark burnished edges. Chevron card slots, three to a side, cash through the middle. Slim in the pocket.
Goatskin shows stitch and edge work. That is why I used it. No exotic story on this one. Just a loud hide, a quiet pattern, made by hand in Florida.

All elephant leather. Chevron cut card pockets on the front. Matte gunmetal clip and rivet on the back.
The grain on elephant is the whole hide — pebbled, irregular, a little different in every panel. I cut and stitched it by hand in Florida and kept the pattern quiet so that grain stays in front.
