Orders ship from Florida.
US domestic shipping
In-stock pieces usually leave within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order work ships when the piece is finished. You’ll get tracking when the package goes out.
Shipping cost and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. I use USPS, UPS, or whichever carrier fits the order.
CITES-restricted items
CITES-restricted hides and finished goods cannot ship internationally.
They also cannot ship to the communist state of California.
If you are unsure whether a piece is CITES-restricted, email before you order.
International shipping
Non-CITES goods can ship to many countries. International rates show at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is held, refused, or returned by customs, I am not responsible for those fees or for return freight.
California
Unrestricted leather ships to California like any other U.S. address. CITES-restricted items do not ship to the communist state of California.
If an order mixes restricted and unrestricted pieces, contact me first so we can handle it correctly.
Returns
If you change your mind, you cover return shipping. If the piece arrives damaged or I made an error, I cover the return.
30 Days to Return
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. After that, the sale is final.
The piece needs to be unused, in original condition, and sent back in protective packaging. Worn wallets, stained leather, and cut tags are not returnable.
Returns and Exchanges
Email me before you ship anything back. I will send the return address and confirm the piece qualifies.
Refunds go back to the original payment method after I inspect the return. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is my fault.
Made-to-order and custom work is final sale. So is any piece altered after it arrives.
Exotic hides vary. Grain, scars, quill pattern, and color shift from skin to skin. That is the material, not a defect, and it is not grounds for a return.
Exchanges depend on what I have on hand. If I can swap it, I will. If I cannot, I will refund the qualifying return.
